Creating a Culture
Businesses often ask us to help them create a culture, and some don’t realise that all businesses have a culture already! Whatever your people stand for, say and do on a regular basis is your culture, and in the most successful companies, this fits the shared values and vision of the company.
There is no quick fix for a flawed culture, but it can be changed over time through effective communication and consistent reinforcement of the values and vision of the company. We love working with start-up businesses to create a culture for people to be recruited into, and we relish the challenge of working with more established companies with teams already in place. With them, it is a longer process, but still very much achievable.
