Too many organisations are putting their reputations on the line by accepting poor standards of customer service from their employees. It’s not good enough! There are plenty of examples of people delivering amazing customer service, and we want that to be the standard, not an exception.
Our secret shoppers are on the lookout for excellent customer service. When they find it, they report it. When they find customer service that isn’t up to scratch, the manager is subtly informed and recommendations are made.
