Are you ready to take your running to the next level?

We all know that running is a fantastic way of keeping fit, both physically and mentally. In many ways, the opportunity to enjoy some quality time on your own, disconnected from the world is one of the major attractions of running as a healthy pursuit. However, sometimes we all need a bit of outside help…

Help to get started

You might like the idea of going for a run, or even running a 10k, or a marathon. But actually getting started is the hardest thing sometimes.

  • Having a realistic plan that is personalised to you gives you confidence from the beginning.
  • Having someone to give you a pat on the back, an arm around the shoulder, or a kick up the backside depending on what you need,  really keeps you on track. Because there will be times you doubt yourself, or don’t feel like training, and a great coach can help keep you on track.
  • Having someone to speak to about your performance and progress, will make sure we stay true to your reasons for running.

Going for a run is easy. But so is not going for a run. That’s the challenge you face – at times it will feel tempting to give up and slip back into old ways, but having the right coach in your corner will make sure this is something you actually stick to and make a success of!

Help to reach your potential

Once you’re in the groove with your running, you may want to push yourself and see how good you can become.

Whether you are looking to take on your first 10k, half marathon or full marathon, there are things that will help you to do yourself justice.

  • Bespoke personalised plans, based on your goals and ambitions, carefully crafted to ensure we maximise your training time and get you to the start line of your chosen race in the best possible condition, physically and mentally.
  • Regular contact to keep you on track. There will be times you aren’t sure whether you ran fast enough, slow enough, or why you feel the way you do. In those moments, having someone there to talk to about it will be invaluable.
  • Integrated Strength and Conditioning. I know, I know – you don’t like S&C. Most runners don’t. However, it is really important and doesn’t have to be the horrible experience you expect it to be. Let me show you how to make it an easy and enjoyable part of your training.
  • Lifestyle stuff! Alongside your training you will need to sleep well, eat well and feel well. Your coach will be with you every step of the way.

Is coaching expensive?

It really doesn’t have to be. It all depends on how much of your coach’s time you want. As a guide, you can work with Steven for as little as £50 per month, and you can add more contact time as you see fit.

Is Steven the right coach for you?

There are loads of coaches around, and each of them have their own skills and personality. The most important thing is finding the coach who is right for you. Someone who ‘gets’ you, who you can get along with, and who can help you to achieve your goals.
